This ministry exists to equip and to encourage pastors and churches to do the work of ministry. Our ministry is two fold. To provide articles and resources for pastors to help them fulfill their calling to the congregation in which they serve and to encourage and counsel pastors in their struggles. In a time where the average pastorate is less than two years, and pastors are being asked to resign, being fired, succumbing to moral temptation, and struggling personally, there is a great need to minister to pastors.
At the same time Equipping Churches and Pastors exists to equip churches. From resources of how to search for a pastor, creating a reasonable and visionary budget, to how to deal with interpersonal conflicts within the church, to the more ministry side of things of how to start a gospel conversation with a lost friend, coworker or family member, we want to help churches grow in Christ.
